Suggestive pose causes waves

An image of children in a sexually suggestive pose has drawn the ire of the Board and has been withdrawn by the advertiser.

In several cases considered by the Board the use of a colour, the activities of children and the portrayal of people do not amount to discrimination and vilification.

Uncomfortable but possible

Although uncomfortable viewing, community awareness ads featuring the possible consequences of diabetes and of smoking have been given the all clear.
